The Tried & Tested St Ewe West Country Egg & British Asparagus Frittata Challenge

Here is your chance to get creative in the Kitchen this Spring. We are holding a National Challenge to create a new Frittata recipe using St Ewe West County Eggs and British Asparagus to win a great prize, see below,  and your recipe being recreated on board The World’s Smallest Food Truck, the We are looking for you to use as many British seasonal products as possible in your dish. Your recipe will be scaled to work with the 2CVat70 mini saucepans from Lodge Cookware.

To enter, make your Frittata and photograph it, make sure you include your St Ewe Egg box in the image and where you brought you British Asparagus from. Post your Frittata image with a basic recipe.

The Prizes !
A £100 Cash prize, a year’s supply of eggs from St Ewe West Country Eggs and your Frittata recipe made on board the World’s Smallest Food Truck, the in our amazing custom built Charcoal oven from Ox Grills, the winners recipe will be served on board the car  over the British Asparagus Season.

The Rules:
The Eggs must be from St Ewe, West Country Eggs, and the egg box must be shown in the image you post of your finished dish & your basic recipe also, we would like to know where you brought you Asparagus, if possible tag in the name of the producer and use the #asparagus #tag,  it must be British ! You can post your recipe and image across any Tried & Tested Platform. Check the website for all the platforms.

A judging panel with choose a winner based on creative, seasonal, British ingredients.

Winner announced 9am Tuesday 15th May via Tried & Tested social media.
